Beginning
Understanding & level-setting
To begin, we’ll want to discuss your goals and capabilities. If you already have an idea of what you want to achieve, you can go ahead and fill out this form. There’s no commitment here, and the questions may help uncover things that you’d benefit from considering.
Developing the right approach
Next, we’ll work together to determine the best path forward. I will share my knowledge and experience with you in the form of a process outlining our path to success. Before you ever sign a working agreement, I want you feeling confident in your understanding of how we’ll get from where you are today to where you want to go.
Working
Single source of truth
For a simple approach to transparency, we’ll utilize a project management platform like ClickUp, Asana or Trello to provide visibility on what we’ve accomplished and what remains at any given point in the project. Within the platform we can review much of the work we’ll produce together and can link any additional apps we’ll need to complete our journey. Limiting the number of apps sending you notifications is a big goal here.
Clear understanding of approvals
As work is being done, I want you to know exactly what’s needed from you and when. This will always be clearly outlined within our PM platform for each phase, and any asset that needs to be approved will come with a clear explanation of what aspects we’re locking in and why.
Delivery and beyond
Crossing the finish line
The end of production is one more in a long line of milestones that we’ll have crossed at this point, but it’s not the end. From staying in touch about performance to consulting on new implementation ideas, I will remain a dedicated partner—ensuring that our next project is an even greater success!

Guidance
My most important responsibility is to guide you and the resources you are committing, along with the work of a creative team, toward a productive outcome in an effort to achieve your goals. I hope to leave you feeling heard and looking good, as well as having gained new knowledge.
This means:
You have a holistic understanding of the process and timeline before work begins.
We collaborate within a central project management platform (E.G. ClickUp, Asana, etc.), a single source of truth for every step of the process.
Collaboration
At the heart of every effort to create engaging creative content lies the relationships and morale of the people doing the work, and by ensuring that everyone at the table is involved at the right moments, I help to ensure that we achieve your goals in good spirits!
This means:
I will maintain an open and active (sometimes too much!) line of communication throughout each project—with no question being too small.
Every effort will be made to preemptively defuse potential issues, from identifying key decision-makers and processes to allocating a set number of "zero days" which can be used to pause the work process when more time is needed on a decision.
Active transparency
This is a two-way street in our productive relationship, and it revolves around proactively surfacing potential issues before they disrupt our work together. That open line of communication, mentioned above, comes into play in a big way here.
This means:
Sharing hypotheses and gut feelings early and often—and taking them seriously.
